A record was set today for SML Adele's Legacy. Today we distributed 900+ hats to Bedford Elementary, Bedford Primary, Head Start and all the staff members !!!
Thank you to the custodians who rearranged tables and to school staff who rearranged schedules. Thank you to everyone who knit or crocheted hats. Thank you to everyone who came to help with the distribution of hats ~ Keeping Kids Cozy.
Thank you to everyone who has donated yarn to help replenish supplies.
Planning for visiting these 2 schools took over a year - Thank you to everyone who created extra hats this year so we could visit with 720 kids and continue the tradition of providing hats for all staff members too!! Bedford Primary has grades Pre K - 1st (Head Start is off site). Bedford Elementary has the older siblings in grades 2 - 5.
